PARSEC has a zero-tolerance policy towards Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, such as behavior that violates universally recognized international legal norms and standards. This document represents our Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse policy and defines the guidelines for the effective prevention, monitoring and response to incidents of sexual abuse and exploitation in the workplace.
