Social work operations, if fed and nourished with training, engender culture and describe horizons that become flywheels for development and social progress. In this view, the cooperative has formalized the existence of an Area for internal and external training and created Theores, a Superior School of Social Work. This School considers training as an instrument of active employment policy and as a meeting and development place for ideas and worldviews.
The School offers training initiatives for continuous refreshments of the professionals of the social sector, cultural activities and workshops, based on operability conceived as interdependent group of theories and practices.

Theores courses are addressed to those working or planning to work in the field of social inclusion and citizenship rights. The reference to the paradigm of research - action allows to identify in Theores's training offer the sense of a personalized path and a participated change.
